% dmesg|grep radeondrmfb
fb0: radeondrmfb frame buffer device

I guess that means that everything is fine here. All I actually wanted to say 
is, that putting radeon into MODULES in mkinitcpio.conf causes problems here. 
But I'll do more tests, maybe I find out new stuff.
