        The clueless found a clue:

[11:27 dcrgx2:~] # swapon -a
swapon: /dev/sdb6: read swap header failed: Invalid argument
[11:30 dcrgx2:~] # mkswap /dev/sdb6
Setting up swapspace version 1, size = 1951860 KiB
no label, UUID=f50f8c63-9657-4e0b-aca6-ea2250b5193f
[11:46 dcrgx2:~] # vi /etc/fstab
[11:47 dcrgx2:~] # swapon -a
