I should add that after update to 4.1.16 - both Arch and Win guest are working
absolutely fine. So either I'm still running on the old vboxdrv, or the one in
/lib/modules/3.3.7-1-ARCH/misc/vboxdrv.ko (dated 6/4) is doing just fine...
