I don't know how to solve this. Messages in screen seem to be related to scsi. I have removed an Adaptec card, but it makes no difference.
Not sure, but since you're talking about disks, it can be related to this: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=49151In my case, I had a 50% probability of a failing boot process, which I solved blacklisting pata_acpi in the kernel line.
