I upgraded b43-fwcutter from 015 to 017 and reinstalled b43-firmware but there was no improvement.
What solved my problem is this: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=780128#p780128 I should note that this problem does not appear with ubuntu 12.04 LTS on the same hardware. Anyway, everything is ok now!
