Preferences and click "Set default browser", then a new userapp file is

~/.config/mimeapps.list.

$ ls .local/share/applications/
mimeinfo.cache  userapp-SeaMonkey-45D4DY.desktop
$ cat .local/share/applications/userapp-SeaMonkey-45D4DY.desktop
