I finally (after almost a week without power!) have my desktop pc
with Arch Linux back.
It seems to me that Arch Linux packages `roman-numerals-py`
(`python-roman-numerals-py`) [0], but I think `sphinx` requires
another package from PyPI: `roman-numerals` [1] (different
dist-info?). Worth trying to test with that package, and include
it in a bug report.

I will have a look at the roman-numerals package
It may be next week before I get to testing that, I have another issue
to attend to at the moment
