Please to tell to me why you use subject "ALARM"?
This is indeed the standard abbreviation used for the Arch Linux ARM
project.

In case you weren’t aware, there is both the (old) Arch Linux ARM
project: https://archlinuxarm.org/ which supports many older ARM
platforms. As part of the new port process, there is also ongoing
work to upstream the AArch64 support (using the rather new
architecture baseline 8.2 that is available on the Pi 5 among others)
to Arch Linux itself. Fortunately, the maintainers have now set up
some basic documentation: https://ports.archlinux.page/aarch64/ .
There is also the IRC channel and the more general ports mailing list
if you want to discuss this topic.
Hope that helps!
