Why? So that we will have 2 repo's 'with-docs' & 'without'? There aren't 
anougth developers for testing & extra as far as I can see... 

Or, maybe you want to rebuild all the packages that you would like to see with 
docs? You can do it already. Just comment 2 lines in makepkg.
