Since Windows 2000 the cmd shell have tab completion too. Not so powerfull as
the bash but i think this is not a surprise.-)

The solution is so "userfriendly" as every time: You have to set the REG_DWORD 
of

HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Command Processor/CompletionChar

to the value "9" (see http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=244407).

But please don't ask me other things about the operation system what i have to
use at work.-)
