thanks very much for help.but it seems that "Tabbrowser Preferences" just work
with firefox rather than mozilla.
In the "Preferences" of Firefox, you can choose
"Open links from other applications in" --> "a new tab in the most recent window"
"Force links that open new windows to open in" --> "a new tab"
