I did a quick search on this matter (because I was curious what dblatex is)

On page 38 - draft.mode
Print releaseinfo in a framed box in the header, when the parameter is set 
to ’yes’. The releaseinfo is ignored if the parameter is set to ’no’, or if 
the releaseinfo content is empty.

The strange thing is that draft.mode=no by default.

Even though I found this information, I haven't used it (at all). But it's an 
interesting tool, I admit.
