Hi all! I just try to build a NFSv4 share in my lab server and I found that there're something I don't know why.
It's about this document : http://wiki.linux-nfs.org/wiki/index.php/Nfsv4_configuration Where can I find the rpc.gssd? It looks missing in Archlinux. Did I need to create the directory and mount rpc_pipefs? What's it used for? Is rpc.idmapd needed for NFSv4? The nfsd daemon doesn't start it, why? and about this topic : http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=33582 We can find a script from gentoo in the post. It creates three directories for rpc_pipefs, v4recovery and v4root. Should Archlinux modify the script?
