Well, Scribus team does have a strange release policy, and they not
only have stable and devel packages, but also devel-stable, and
stable-devel... (if that makes sense). Quite confusing.

The SVN branch of 1.3.3.x is considered 'production quality'
(stable-devel), whereas, 1.3.4 which was actually released to public
is considered a 'devel-stable' (which is ironic because it is very far
from stable in real life). I could have reported that earlier, but I
didn't have time to use Scribus until very recently...
