Thanks for being the voice of conscience Karl! The User Guide documents were in a shared Dropbox folder, which I have shared with Alexei for running through Pandoc. Like Alexei has done with the Installation Guide, these will soon be in the public repository (BTW, I'm happy to help), which I think is the best solution, no?
