Hi Adam, I followed your instructions and we *are* using Python version 2.7.6 .I do not totally understand about having Python 2.7.6 in the virtual environment. I assume that that is ENV? I an uploading snips of the entire library structure we have on our server. Our app is called 'EAD', these libraries are not in ENV. Is this correct? is ths structure correct? We are still having problems with compiling python by simply starting Arches - we need to use the runserver command and the JPEG decoder did not get installed. That is an old issue I asked you about before and you gave me a helpful answer but we haven't been able to try it out yet. Thank you very much for your help, as ever. Lucy
