Hi, I guess the comparison is done as if they are strings. 10 is bigger than 1 because first character is identical and 10 has second character where 1 doesn't. 2 is bigger than 13 because 13 starts with 1. Therefore, I would suggest to change the order value to 2 digits: 10-23 or 01-13 and test with the system. I hope my analysis is okay.
