Hi Jae, would you mind if I add my edited version of this script to a v3 
utilities repo that I have 
here: https://github.com/mradamcox/arches3_utils? I have a few scripts in 
there now, for making/validating authority documents, etc. but it would be 
good to add this one as it is important in 2 ways: 1) it facilitates a 
database dump/reload of all resources and 2) it would serve as a very good 
starting point for anyone planning to migrate their resources from v3 to v4.

Please let me know, sooner the better. If you'd rather place it in your own 
repo, that would be great too!
