We just had a chat. For most platform concepts, we need to identify an SPI & API, and separate them out. For example, we need to have Clustering SPI for clustering implementers, and clustering API for clustering users. SPI Implementers will write pluggable implementations. The same goes for Deployment, Repository & User Management.
