This is a small update on the current status of the task; - All ES modules have been placed in the ref.modules/ folder in order to provide a cleaner separation between the existing APIM-Store modules and the ES modules. In order to do this I have added a script to resolve paths to modules and scripts (refer: modules/orchestrator/orchestrator.js) .Once we finish moving APIM-Store to ES we can move the ES modules to the modules root. - Added app.js script which contains the initialization code for the store (This involved some re factoring). - Added Caramel and the Store theme from ES.
