Hi Imesh,

Yes this question was bought up in earlier discussions and made some
changes for the design. I'm afraid that's not been updated here. We also
thought that as you have mentioned,

" "manager" is a special behavior in node agent which could be configured"

So basically there will be a Node agent lying inside every carbon component
and the central OC for the initial design.
