Myself with Tharindu A(tharin...@wso2.com) are going to develop $subject as
described below.

The main operations are,

   1. Detect the language
   2. List source/ target languages
   3. Translate

*Detect*
To detect the input language. There are two inputs for detecting the
language.

   1. Text String - Input string to detect the language(Mandatory)
   2. Fields - Specifying which fields to include in a partial response
   (Optional)

*List*
To list the all available languages to translate given string/phrase. There
are two optional inputs for the method. If we do not provide any inputs, it
lists out all possible languages.

   1. Target Language - The targeted language (Optional)
   2. Fields - Specifying which fields to include in a partial response
   (Optional)

*Translate*
To translate given string to the given language. The parameters are listed
below.

   1. Text String - Input string to detect the language(Mandatory)
   2. Target Language - The targeted language (Mandatory)
   3. cid - customization id for translate  (Optional)
   4. Format - The format of the text (Optional)
   5. Source - The source language of the text (Optional)
   6. Fields - Specifying which fields to include in a partial response
    (Optional)

*Please note that no authentication is required for Google Translator.*
