Hi Mohan,

I am referring JUnitConv[1], Frink[2]. But JScience library is the best way
to do the Unit conversion[3] which is an implementation of JSR 275. Since
the JSR-275 has been rejected and the new Units of Measurement standard for
Java is JSR 363 and it is pretty much good amongst all.
