Tested the following scenarios.

   - Basic throttling
   - Custom application throttling for open API based api and imported APIs
   - Custom subscription throttling for imported APIs
   - Global throttling
   - Basic flow in dev first approach
   - Load balance and fail over endpoints

No blockers found.
