I am facing same scenario here at work, but its more so from maven's
dependency resolution's perspective.
Just thinking out loud - Are builds with internal repos/proxies not
reproducible? What is/are possible downsides of not having SVN store
binary artifacts?
Cheers,
Rahul

Some people insist on having binaries/dependencies in under version
control, and there are good arguments for it, particularly around
reproducible builds. (See occasional threads on [EMAIL PROTECTED]) It
would be nice to be able to support it.
