I usually use Jython to deploy applications, so I am not an expert on this subject, but there is a parameter that you can specify for the Act Spec call, activationSpecJndiName="jndi/NAME" You can also use the options="your options" to define all the bidnings you need. On the other side, you could include the bindings in the EJB jar file and then there would be no need to specify them during deployment.
