What is Pike?
Pike is a dynamic object-oriented language with a C-like
syntax. It is easy to learn, doesn't need long compilation passes
and has powerful built-in data types that allow simple and fast
data manipulation. Pike is GPL and LGPL, which means that anybody can
fetch if for free and use it for almost any purpose they choose.
