Hi Steve, This may be obvious, but what did you try to change? When you create a repository record, an associated agent record is created and updates to the repository record update the agent record. This error would suggest that your change either caused a conflict with another agent record with the same name, or with a repository with the same name.
Does this happen only with that repository, or are you experiencing it on all repositories?
