Hello, I don't have any tips for speeding it up, but I've also noticed this on our development system, with all the same configuration settings as with previous 2.* release candidates. Indexes that used to complete overnight for us take an entire day or more on 2.1.0-RC1. -k

It starts off very fast with agents and subjects, but as soon it starts with resources, digital & archival objects, it's crawling. (I ran the db migr. script, deleted old solr index, and am running with plenty of memory - 24 g). I know we have 2 solr indexes with 2x, but like I said, this is substantially slower than 2.0. Anyone else experiencing this? Any thoughts on tweaking the config? Apologies if I'm overlooking something obvious :) Thanks- Michael Michael Vandermillen Digital Library Software Engineer Library Technology Services, Harvard University IT
