Barrett, I've been getting the same issue on occasion -- new instance of it just started last night. In fact, I believe the fail loop is what's happening right now.

Now all recently created resource records are not appearing in any searches. The records are still there, and older resource records are not affected. Our IT will try another reindex next week. Any thoughts on why this issue may have emerged after the first reindex?
