Do you have 4.x Ariel? I don't think (?) 3.x has autoforwarding, Ed.

==============================

Ariel and Rapid colleagues,

We use Ariel Patron Delivery and send documents to our patrons' email
addresses. For the past several weeks, I have been noticing that it
looks as if documents coming from OCLC and Rapid libraries have been
going directly into our Ariel Delivery queue instead of into the
Received queue. My first reaction was that when we were transferring
from Received to Delivery we were neglecting to pull the slips from our
pending box. The slips stayed in our pending box until we noticed items
that should have been received and then checked and found that they had
been received but we just hadn't pulled the slips. But I'm not sure
that that has always been the case.

I looked at our Patron Delivery settings in Ariel and noticed that I had
checked Auto Forwarding to Patron. I thought that this was just for
Document Management, but maybe not? I unchecked it and will monitor to
see if that solves the problem. I haven't really searched in Ariel
documentation yet. Thanks for any ideas. We hit the ground running
when school started the last week of August and haven't caught our
breath yet. Maybe we just need a reality check(?)
