Hi Gang:
  If you're paranoid about data (like moi), you'll probably want to perform 
regular backups of your Ariel databases.  For those of you who are using Ariel 
4.1x and MS SQLExpress 2005, you'll have to resort to a 3rd party solution, 
since SQLExpress does not come loaded with the SQL Agent service that comes 
with the full MS SQL server.

Luckily, Jasper Smith of SQLdbatips.com has done a nice write-up on how to do 
this, and created a small application, ExpressMaint.exe to do most of the heavy 
lifting.
