I appreciate your responses. I have tried everything suggested to no avail.
I did try to restart the computer. I checked to make sure we didn't have
too many items in the send queue. I tried to manually "release" the item. I
checked my preferences to be sure they hadn't changed. Nothing sends. Keep
those suggestions coming!

Have you tried restarting the computer?  This always seems to clear out
any
problems we have.

We have been scanning article on ariel all morning and none of them are
going out. The files say READY but 0 tries and no SENT. Anybody know what
that means and how to fix it? Thanks for any assistance. We've never had
