Is this something I can check or is it an IT function? I asked IT if the
sending port was open and I was told everything was ok. Can I check the
firewalls and if so, how? Thanks.

As is always suggested when there's a problem, are your firewalls set up
and the necessary ports open?

Subject: [ARIE-L] Nothing going out

We have been scanning article on ariel all morning and none of them are
going out. The files say READY but 0 tries and no SENT. Anybody know
what
that means and how to fix it? Thanks for any assistance. We've never had
