We are having a hard time getting imported tifs to send in Ariel. Since we print to pdf and save, Ariel recognizes the document as color document. I believe this is why the documents fail to go through. Anything larger than 20,000 kb fails. Does anyone have a better idea on how to decrease size of pdf's before we save as tif and import into Ariel?
