How do you "put it on hold"? This file is Active at all times. I can't
do anything with it, including locking or releasing.

When I have one of these, I put it on hold, and release it.  If it
doesn't go the second time, I put it on hold and save it to the archive
queue.  Then I can delete all I want.

Does anyone know how to delete an ornery file from the Send Q?

There is a file that has been stuck in "Active" status for 3 days.
However, it has only actually tried once, and remains in the yellow
Active state. When I send another file, it also goes to Active. This is
the first time I have ever seen two files Active at once, so that's
suspicious. The new file sends successfully, but not the first one. 

 

It must be damaged in some way, but since it's Active, I can't delete it
the usual ways from the keyboard or the Document menu. "Cancel
Delivery" doesn't work either. It is grayed out. I have tried turning
off Sending, restarting, etc. but nothing works.

 

Any ideas?
