We have a suggestion in the email message to do a copy and paste of the PIN so
as to avoid
spelling mistakes etc. This is to save time with complaints about not being
able to login.
Of course, patrons don't necessarily follow instructions (especially those from
a university).

My guess is Crystal is having problems after the patron has logged in.

The Ariel machine has sent the job to the web server. It has probably been
received OK by the web server (library.kumc.edu), so as far as the Ariel
machine is concerned everything is OK.

But when the patron tries to login to the web server to retrieve the scanned
articles, they get the configuration message. If this is the case, then there
is a configuration problem with the web server rather than the Ariel machine. A
web administrator needs to take a look at the web server.

The typical problem is the patron no knowing the login is case sensitive in
both the long in e-mail name and password. I have talked a few people through
a copy and paste.

Has anyone experienced this problem? From ourt end, it looks like the document
has been sent but the receiving patron gets the error message below.

When a library receives an Ariel Patron Delivery (delivery method used with
libraries that do not have Ariel software) article from us, they get the
following message in order to obtain a pdf of the article:
