We have a suggestion in the email message to do a copy and paste of the PIN so as to avoid spelling mistakes etc. This is to save time with complaints about not being able to login. Of course, patrons don't necessarily follow instructions (especially those from a university).
My guess is Crystal is having problems after the patron has logged in. The Ariel machine has sent the job to the web server. It has probably been received OK by the web server (library.kumc.edu), so as far as the Ariel machine is concerned everything is OK. But when the patron tries to login to the web server to retrieve the scanned articles, they get the configuration message. If this is the case, then there is a configuration problem with the web server rather than the Ariel machine. A web administrator needs to take a look at the web server. I have talked a few people through a copy and paste. Here's the error message that is displayed when the link is followed: There is [a] problem in your server configuration. Please inform your administrator of this problem.
