Good morning,

Thanks for sending tests!  They came in.  My exact problem is that the
log said that it was not in the "StoreForward" mode, so I changed the
setting and received the tests.  Being my usual OCD self, I went back
into the log to see what happened.  What did I see?  I saw that the
tests came in fine.  Yay!  And then I saw that error message again
(ugh):

11/04/09 11:41:50  Startup send process failed,StoreForwardIP address is
empty.
11/04/09 11:41:50  Startup receive process failed.Ariel is not set in
StoreForward mode
11/04/09 11:41:37  TWAIN CHK: Operation: DG_CONTROL, DAT_IDENTITY,
MSG_OPENDS, Return Code: TWRC_FAILURE
11/04/09 11:41:37  TWAIN DSM: 2, PROTO 1.9, DSM 3.2 

Maybe I didn't save the setting?  I changed it again and made sure to
click Apply.  Does anyone have a clue?  I hate to ask again, but would
someone be so kind as to send us another test (67.99.36.123) to make
sure it is working?  Unless someone can tell me what I might be doing
wrong???
