Since 11/9/09, there is one document that has delivered every single day . The first day, we pulled it into Odyssey and delivered to the patron and everything seemed normal. We delete the file every time it appears in Ariel and even after deleting, it will deliver once again with the current date/time stamp. Today, we deleted it 4 TIMES!
I have contacted the lending library to delete it from their delivery queue, but they state that it is on none of their Ariel stations and the problem lies 'elsewhere'. Has anyone had this experience before and how is it solved (off-list is fine). As of tomorrow it will be a month since this file first appeared and, we have deleted it many times!
