We just switched over to Ariel 4.1.1 and it is on a brand new computer. I wanted to start fresh and use the Ariel addresses I have in ILLiad. I created both an Excel and CSV file and followed the instructions to import. Well, when I select the file and Open, Ariel closes and nothing was imported. Has this ever happened to anyone?
