I haven't gotten this error in a while, but when I have I just delete as many documents as I can from all the queues and that usually works. HTH.

[IP address] I have searched the list archives and have not found a definitive answer other than it could be a firewall problem. Whose firewall? Ours or theirs? Or it could be a "full disk" - but, our IT person says that's not the case for us. He sent a request to Ariel Tech Support, but while we wait for a reply, I thought I'd ask the List. Has anyone successfully identified what this problem is? And if so, how can we fix it? (Or, is it really "not our problem"?)
