Subject: Ariel log says sent but record indicates pending
Hi
I have been trying to send a document this morning to the Carnegie Institute at Washington (OCLC
symbol CIW. The log says it was sent successfully, but the Sent Queue view of the document status
says pending, but the tries says sent.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
