And sorry for cross posting (again). Portland Community College is changing its policies on a few things effective immediately. We are now charging a flat $16.00 for all lending and copy request if we can determine that you would charge us. We are doing this to simplify the workflows at our branches. We are still members of LVIS and BCRC. If you wish to have a sharing agreement with us, please ask. We are also implementing a deflection of one year on all new materials.
