Hello, We have 2 computers for Ariel:
1 PC is for sending--this is an older PC-- it is Ariel FULL with receiving turned off. 1 PC is for receiving--this is a newer PC--it is Ariel Receive only. We need to take the old "sending" PC offline, because the PC is too, too old and move "sending" which is a FULL version onto the newer "receiving" PC. This way we will have sending and receiving on the same PC using our FULL CDKey. I have sorted thru the winariel.ini files on both the Ariel PCs and tried to change the newer PC which is currently "receive only" to FULL by editing winariel.ini. This hasn't worked as I expected. What am I missing? Something in the registry? How is the Machine ID picked up in the ini file; can that be edited manually? I can re-install; this would take re-installing back to and up thru several versions, so would rather not. Would like to just reconfigure. Also, is there a toll free number for Infotrieve support for Ariel or only the email address and form?
