It seems that some of our addresses have changed automatically (Ariel addresses) to 10.10.10.10. It seems to be in library records that have an alternative address in the comment field. We have Ariel 3.4, has anyone else seen this? Why does it do this? Thanks,

Several calls came in from patrons saying they get error messages or just blank pages when trying to view their documents. We finally determined that the problem was IE 8 by viewing the articles in question here on our computers at work. Those of us running IE 7 could see the articles and those running IE 8 could not. We are using ARIEL 4.1.1.99 Has anyone else run in to this problem?
