I hope someone else has had this problem and might have a solution. We send and receive numerous articles via ARIEL everyday. We have had some problems with those coming from the National Library of Medicine (NLM). We receive them and when we send to our patrons, the pages are blank. Yet, when we print the articles, all pages are there no blanks. Any ideas!!
