Ever since we installed Ariel 4.1 we have had problems with Ariel closing when we insert a page or rotate an image. Sometimes we get an error message and other times nothing. Recently the ungraceful closing when rotating an image corrupts the entire document, which then needs to be resent. The wording is not exact, but the steps are: Rotate image Prompted to save Answer yes The image is rotated Rotate next image Prompted to "apply to whole document?" Answer yes and Ariel closes Open Ariel again and try to open the document and Ariel says "can't access document" Has anyone else experienced this and better yet, fixed it?
