Refactor IBM unittest package to fit into Aries

There are some tests in JNDI module use the unittest package for testing. Right
now these tests are disabled since the unittest package hasn't been moved to
trunk yet. This will allow those tests to run.
We might have a different way of running the unit tests in the future but this
should get things going now.
