Refactor itest layout

Existing itests have both blueprint-sample, blueprint-itests (and soon,
blueprint-testbundlea, blueprint-testbundleb from ARIES-86)..
It would be nicer if there was a single itests folder, with the tests and
sample bundles contained within it, similar to how the helloworld sample has
arranged itself.
At the same time, it would be good to rename the blueprint-sample away from
being called a sample. Although it does contain many examples of blueprint
usage, it's intent is to support the itests, and if viewed as an example of how
a user could use blueprint, it isnt exactly an ideal introduction.
