Improve Wiki documentation for JNDI, JPA, Transaction, Blueprint and Web

Wiki web site is very poor regarding to following Aries modules :
- JPA,
- JNDI,
- Transaction,
- Web (@Resource + OSGI bundles)
- Blueprint (not up to date)
So, I propose that committers work on that when they add code, .. in order that
the wiki content is in adequation with Aries release
